Returns & Exchanges
We accept regular priced items back in new condition with tags within 21 days from the date of purchase. *exceptions apply please see product condition section below. After 21 days, we will not be accepting any returns. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs and any duties paid on international orders. We are not responsible for lost package returns.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a refund request or request a return by logging in to your account.
Once the return is processed, you will receive an email notification. Return packages sent without authorization will be returned to sender.
We accept exchanges on items in new condition with tags within 21 days from the date of purchase. After 21 days, we will not be accepting any exchanges. We offer straight exchanges only ie. matching product for a different size or color. We offer complimentary shipping on direct exchanges dependent on stock availability. If the item is out of stock, you will be notified.

Items returned or exchanged must be in original condition, unworn with original packaging and tags. For hygienic reasons, panties and thongs are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are considered final sale. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. If declined, the item will be returned to you. This process takes up to 7 business days.
