Returns
We accept regular priced items back in new condition with tags within 21 days from date of shipment. *exceptions apply please see product condition section below. After 21 days, we will not be accepting any returns. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs and any duties paid on international orders. We are not responsible for lost package returns.
We deduct $10 from your order to cover your return shipping & restocking fee.
Please email info@pigalle-lingerie.com with a refund request or request a return by logging in to your account.
Once the return is processed, you will receive an email notification. Return packages sent without authorization will be returned to sender.
Sale items are only eligible for exchange or store credit. We do not issue refunds on sale items.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on items in new condition with tags within 21 days from the date of shipment. After 21 days, we will not be accepting any exchanges. Please email us advising us of the exchange. We will send you a paid return label. To complete the exchange, please place a new order. Your refund will be processed separately from your new order.

Product Condition
Items returned or exchanged must be in original condition, unworn with original packaging and tags. For hygienic reasons, panties and thongs are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are considered final sale - no exceptions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will only notify you if your return is declined otherwise we will process your refund automatically to your original method of payment. If declined, the item will be returned to you. This process takes up to 7 business days.
